How to start therapy process?

The idea of beginning your therapy can be both exciting and stressful. It's important to have a good match between therapist and client. So, I would love to speak with you on the phone for about 10 min to see if we are a good fit. If it seems that one of my colleagues would be a better match for you, I will give you some referral names. If it feels like you and I might work well together, we will set up an appointment time. I look forward to hearing from you as you start the journey of self-discovery and growth.

What is the fee?

Fee is $120-150 for therapy session. EMDR 90 minutes sessions are available for $195. I accept cash, checks, and medical insurances.
